The data we gather from you
Personal data: We hereby assure all visitors to our website that we will never gather any personal data beyond that with which you provide us freely and of your own accord. In no case whatsoever will we gather or save data that provides clues as to your racial or ethnic heritage, political outlook, religion or philosophical paradigm, union membership, health or sexual orientation. If you merely visit our website, we will not gather or hold any personal data relating to you whatsoever. There are two cases in which you may consciously and voluntarily provide us with personal data and give your consent to our recording it: Email queries pertaining to information or registrations for guidelines or seminars. Statistical data relating to your visit
Our computers automatically gather and save relevant statistical data whenever you visit our website. Data of this type contains no information pertaining to your person. Rather, they relate strictly to the statistical aspects of your site visit. For example, we record statistics on visitor numbers to our website, user IP addresses, access dates and times, which pages were viewed, the source domains from which the website was accessed and the browser software used. On occasion, we may approach our existing customers for specific data in the course of a survey. Participation in such surveys is, of course, purely voluntary and it is therefore for the customer to decide whether or not to provide the requested data. 7) Betroffenenrechte

Das geltende Datenschutzrecht gewährt Ihnen gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen hinsichtlich der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten umfassende Betroffenenrechte:

c) Recht auf Löschung gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO: Sie haben das Recht, von der EHG GmbH zu verlangen, dass die personenbezogenen Daten unverzüglich gelöscht werden, sofern einer der folgenden Gründe zutrifft und soweit die Verarbeitung nicht erforderlich ist: • Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden für solche Zwecke erhoben oder auf sonstige Weise verarbeitet, für welche sie nicht mehr notwendig sind.

• Die betroffene Person widerruft ihre Einwilligung, auf die sich die Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe a DS-GVO oder Art. 9 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a DS-GVO stützte, und es fehlt an einer anderweitigen Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung.
• Die betroffene Person legt gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 1 DS-GVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung ein, und es liegen keine vorrangigen berechtigten Gründe für die Verarbeitung vor, oder die betroffene Person legt gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 2 DS-GVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung ein.
• Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden unrechtmäßig verarbeitet.
• Die Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten ist zur Erfüllung einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung nach dem Unionsrecht oder dem Recht der Mitgliedstaaten erforderlich, dem der Verantwortliche unterliegt.
• Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden in Bezug auf angebotene Dienste der Informationsgesellschaft gemäß Art. 8 Abs. 1 DS-GVO erhoben.

d) Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 18 DSGVO: Unter den folgenden Voraussetzungen können Sie die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten verlangen:

• wenn Sie die Richtigkeit der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen für eine Dauer bestreiten, die es dem Verantwortlichen ermöglicht, die Richtigkeit der personenbezogenen Daten zu überprüfen;
• die Verarbeitung unrechtmäßig ist und Sie die Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten ablehnen und stattdessen die Einschränkung der Nutzung der personenbezogenen Daten verlangen;
• der Verantwortliche die personenbezogenen Daten für die Zwecke der Verarbeitung nicht länger benötigt, Sie diese jedoch zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen benötigen, oder
• wenn Sie Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO eingelegt haben und noch nicht feststeht, ob die berechtigten Gründe des Verantwortlichen gegenüber Ihren Gründen überwiegen.

Wurde die Verarbeitung der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten eingeschränkt, dürfen diese Daten – von ihrer Speicherung abgesehen – nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung oder zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen oder zum Schutz der Rechte einer anderen natürlichen oder juristischen Person oder aus Gründen eines wichtigen öffentlichen Interesses der Union oder eines Mitgliedstaats verarbeitet werden. Wurde die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung nach den o.g. Voraussetzungen eingeschränkt, werden Sie von dem Verantwortlichen unterrichtet bevor die Einschränkung aufgehoben wird.

e) Recht auf Unterrichtung gemäß Art. 19 DSGVO: Haben Sie das Recht auf Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen geltend gemacht, ist dieser verpflichtet, allen Empfängern, denen die Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten offengelegt wurden, diese Berichtigung oder Löschung der Daten oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung mitzuteilen, es sei denn, dies erweist sich als unmöglich oder ist mit einem unverhältnismäßigen Aufwand verbunden. Ihnen steht gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen das Recht zu, über diese Empfänger unterrichtet zu werden;

f) Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit gemäß Art. 20 DSGVO: Sie haben das Recht, Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie uns bereitgestellt haben, in einem gängigen und maschinenlesebaren Format zu erhalten oder die Übermittlung an einen anderen Verantwortlichen zu verlangen, soweit dies technisch machbar ist;

g) Recht auf Widerruf erteilter Einwilligungen gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO: Sie haben das Recht, eine einmal erteilte Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung von Daten jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen. Im Falle des Widerrufs werden wir die betroffenen Daten unverzüglich löschen, sofern eine weitere Verarbeitung nicht auf eine Rechtsgrundlage zur einwilligungslosen Verarbeitung gestützt werden kann. Durch den Widerruf der Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt;

h) Recht auf Beschwerde gemäß Art. 77 DSGVO: Unbeschadet eines anderweitigen verwaltungsrechtlichen oder gerichtlichen Rechtsbehelfs steht Ihnen das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat ihres Aufenthaltsorts, ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes, zu, wenn Sie der Ansicht sind, dass die Verarbeitung der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten gegen die DSGVO verstößt. Die Aufsichtsbehörde, bei der die Beschwerde eingereicht wurde, unterrichtet den Beschwerdeführer über den Stand und die Ergebnisse der Beschwerde einschließlich der Möglichkeit eines gerichtlichen Rechtsbehelfs nach Art. 78 DSGVO.

8) Widerspruchsrecht

Jede von der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betroffene Person hat das Recht, aus Gründen, die sich aus ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit gegen die Verarbeitung sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten, die aufgrund von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. e oder f DS-GVO erfolgt, Widerspruch einzulegen.

Im Falle eines Widerspruchs werden die personenbezogenen Daten nicht mehr verarbeitet, es sei denn, wir können zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe für die Verarbeitung nachweisen, die den Interessen, Rechten und Freiheiten der betroffenen Person überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.

Werden ihre personenbezogenen Daten von uns verarbeitet, um Direktwerbung zu betreiben, haben sie das Recht, jederzeit Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten zum Zwecke derartiger Werbung einzulegen. Sie können den Widerspruch wie oben beschrieben ausüben. Machen sie von ihrem Widerspruchsrecht Gebrauch, werden wir Ihre Daten nicht mehr zu Direktwerbezwecken verarbeiten.

Zur Ausübung des Rechts auf Widerspruch kann sich die betroffene Person direkt an den Verantwortlichen für den Datenschutz oder einen anderen Mitarbeiter wenden.

9) Datensicherheit

Wir verwenden das verbreitete SSL-Verfahren (Secure Socket Layer) in Verbindung mit der jeweils höchsten Verschlüsselungsstufe, die von Ihrem Browser unterstützt wird. In der Regel handelt es sich dabei um eine 256-Bit Verschlüsselung. Falls Ihr Browser keine 256-Bit Verschlüsselung unterstützt, greifen wir stattdessen auf 128-Bit v3 Technologie zurück. Ob eine einzelne Seite unseres Internetauftrittes verschlüsselt übertragen wird, erkennen Sie an der geschlossenen Darstellung des Schüssel- beziehungsweise Schloss-Symbols in der Statusleiste Ihres Browsers.

Wir bedienen uns im Übrigen geeigneter technischer und organisatorischer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, um Ihre Daten gegen zufällige oder vorsätzliche Manipulationen, teilweisen oder vollständigen Verlust, Zerstörung oder gegen den unbefugten Zugriff Dritter zu schützen. Unsere Sicherheitsmaßnahmen werden entsprechend der technologischen Entwicklung fortlaufend verbessert.

10) Dauer der Speicherung personenbezogener Daten

Sofern nicht im Rahmen dieser Datenschutzerklärung ausdrücklich angegeben, werden die bei uns gespeicherten Daten gelöscht, sobald sie für ihre Zweckbestimmung nicht mehr erforderlich sind und der Löschung keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen. Die Dauer der Speicherung von personenbezogenen Daten bemisst sich anhand der jeweiligen gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfrist (z.B. handels- und steuerrechtliche Aufbewahrungsfristen). Nach Ablauf der Frist werden die entsprechenden Daten routinemäßig gelöscht, sofern sie nicht mehr zur Vertragserfüllung oder Vertragsanbahnung erforderlich sind und/oder unsererseits kein berechtigtes Interesse an der Weiterspeicherung fortbesteht.
