In-ground irrigation for riding arenas and indoor riding arenas

Subsurface irrigation is an innovative and water-saving irrigation method for your outdoor riding arena or indoor riding arena floor. The system ensures even irrigation of the footing layer and helps maintain consistently good ground quality.

Depending on your needs, the irrigation system can be installed using durable mats equipped with modern irrigation technology and drainage holes, or using flexible rolls made from recycled materials.

Innovative Soil Irrigation in Equestrian Sports

Effective Water Conservation

Drip irrigation has long been a proven method in agriculture. The equestrian industry can benefit from this effectiveness through modern subsurface irrigation.

System Design

The system design for in-ground irrigation is simple. A special mat is laid on the base layer; this mat features grooves for the irrigation hoses and drainage holes. A top layer of approximately 12 cm is then applied on top of it.

Smart Irrigation

Uneven drying of riding surfaces is a common problem. The subsurface irrigation system can be divided into different irrigation circuits that can be controlled individually. This allows the riding surface to be irrigated precisely and evenly.
